This is a call for action and support. Recently through the female:pressure network a call for donations was made by four women activists in Palestine who are establishing a radio station led by Palestinian women at the Jordan Valley (Area C).

The women behind this initiative for social change are both Palestinian and Israeli. The aim of the forthcoming radio station is to provide women with the opportunity to learn and develop technical skills, such as recording, editing, writing and broadcasting. The sessions will bring women and teenage girls from the age of 15+ together over an initial period of 6 months. The first meeting to discuss this project will take place on Saturday, August 4.
The project itself relies on the goodwill and donations from the public, and the money raised will be used to cover the costs of running the station.

dear all, We need your support: We are four women; Palestinian and Israeli, activists in Social Change. In our work sessions we will discuss topics related to women and learn new technical radio skills such as recording, editing, writing, broadcast, etc. Our first meeting to discuss this idea with potential participants will take place on Saturday 4/8/2018.
